本平台目前处于内测运营阶段，暂未开放 C2C（用户与用户之间）的二手车模交易功能，当前平台所有商品均为自营。
以下条款中涉及 C2C 交易相关的规则为平台开放该功能后的预设条款。请注意，虽然该功能暂未开放，但相关规则依然作为本协议的重要组成部分被保留；当平台正式开放 C2C 交易时，所有参与方均需严格遵守以下规则。

This platform is currently in its closed beta phase, and the C2C (Customer-to-Customer) second-hand model car trading feature is temporarily unavailable. All products currently available on the platform are self-operated.
The rules concerning C2C transactions in the following terms are preset provisions for when the feature is officially launched. Please note that although this feature is not yet open, the relevant rules are retained as an essential part of this agreement. Once the C2C trading feature is officially enabled, all participating parties must strictly comply with the following rules.

1. 市场风险与价格波动

YEAHSTORE 提供车模行情数据仅供参考。车模市场价格受供需关系、绝版情况等多重因素影响，具有不确定性。用户需自行承担因价格波动带来的交易风险，本平台不构成任何投资建议。

YEAHSTORE provides market data for reference only. Model car prices fluctuate due to supply, demand, and discontinuation. Users bear all trading risks associated with price volatility. The platform does not provide investment advice.

2. 平台信息中立性

本平台作为第三方信息服务与交易撮合平台，不对用户发布的商品图片、描述的绝对真实性提供担保。请在交易前通过聊天记录充分确认车辆品相（如：起疹、掉漆、缺件等）。

As a third-party intermediary, the platform does not guarantee the absolute authenticity of user-generated images and descriptions. Please fully verify the item's condition (e.g., paint rash, missing parts) before trading.

3. AI 识别与车模评级数据

平台车库模块提供的 AI 识图结果、车模溢价指数及梯队评级（如“典藏”、“臻选”等）均由算法基于历史数据和图像特征自动生成。上述特征及评级结果不保证绝对准确，仅供娱乐与收藏交流参考，绝不构成任何交易、定价、鉴定或投资理财建议。

AI recognition results, premium indexes, and model tiers (e.g., Grail, Rare) in the Garage are generated by algorithms. They are for entertainment and reference only, not guaranteed to be accurate, and do not constitute trading, pricing, appraisal, or investment advice.

4. 物流与不可抗力

因快递物流公司（如顺丰、圆通等）导致的包裹丢失、损坏，或因地震、台风等不可抗力导致的交易延迟，平台将协助维权，但不承担直接赔偿责任。

The platform is not directly liable for package loss or damage caused by logistics companies, or delays caused by force majeure. However, we will assist users in defending their rights.

5. 聊天互动与私下交易风险

平台提供的私聊（IM）功能仅用于买卖双方沟通商品详情。用户在私聊中达成的任何脱离平台担保的线下交易或私下转账，平台不承担任何资金安全保障及连带责任。请务必警惕欺诈行为，切勿轻信外部链接。

The private chat (IM) feature is solely for communicating item details. The platform bears no responsibility for funds or joint liability for offline transactions or private transfers made outside the platform's escrow. Please beware of fraud and do not trust external links.
