平台内测运营提示 Closed Beta Notice

本平台目前处于内测运营阶段，暂未开放 C2C（用户与用户之间）的二手车模交易功能，当前平台所有商品均为自营。
以下条款中涉及 C2C 交易相关的规则为平台开放该功能后的预设条款。请注意，虽然该功能暂未开放，但相关规则依然作为本协议的重要组成部分被保留；当平台正式开放 C2C 交易时，所有参与方均需严格遵守以下规则。

This platform is currently in its closed beta phase, and the C2C (Customer-to-Customer) second-hand model car trading feature is temporarily unavailable. All products currently available on the platform are self-operated.
The rules concerning C2C transactions in the following terms are preset provisions for when the feature is officially launched. Please note that although this feature is not yet open, the relevant rules are retained as an essential part of this agreement. Once the C2C trading feature is officially enabled, all participating parties must strictly comply with the following rules.

1. 账号注册与实名认证

根据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》，您在注册本平台账号时必须提供真实有效的手机号码。您需对账号下发生的所有交易和行为承担法律责任。

In accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the PRC, you must provide a valid mobile number for registration. You are legally responsible for all activities and transactions under your account.

2. 交易规范与反欺诈

严禁在平台上进行虚假发货、恶意抬价、售卖山寨假冒车模等行为。一旦发现，平台有权立即冻结您的账号、扣除相关保证金，并向公安机关移交线索。

Fake shipping, malicious price gouging, and selling counterfeit scale models are strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to freeze accounts and report to authorities.

3. 用户生成内容与图片授权 (UGC)

您在“我的车库”及商品详情中上传的所有图片，须保证拥有合法版权。对于普通展示，您授予平台非独家的展示权；若您主动申请将图片作为平台中车模数据的“百科图片”，即视为您永久、不可撤销地授予平台对该图片进行 AI 背景重绘、裁切、调色及作为官方图鉴全网展示的权利。禁止上传侵权、低俗或无关的图片，平台保留随时删除违规内容的权利。

You must ensure that you hold the legal copyright for all images uploaded in "My Garage" and product details. For general display, you grant the platform a non-exclusive right to display them. If you voluntarily apply to use your image as an "Encyclopedia Picture" for the platform's model car data, you are deemed to have permanently and irrevocably granted the platform the right to perform AI background redrawing, cropping, and color adjustments on the image, and to display it globally as an official catalog image. Uploading infringing, vulgar, or irrelevant images is strictly prohibited, and the platform reserves the right to remove any violating content at any time.

4. 聊天互动与社区规范

在使用平台私聊（IM）功能时，您必须遵守国家相关法律法规。严禁发送辱骂、色情、暴恐、涉政等违法违规内容，严禁利用私聊发送钓鱼链接或引导线下违规交易。一经核实，平台有权对违规账号进行永久封禁。

When using the IM feature, you must comply with relevant laws. Sending abusive, pornographic, violent, political content, phishing links, or soliciting offline transactions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.

5. 法律适用与管辖

本条款的生效、履行、解释及争议的解决均适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。如发生争议，应由平台运营方所在地人民法院管辖。

These terms shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the people's court where the platform operator is located.
